How do I Subscribe to TIME Fibre Business Internet?
You can subscribe to our business internet through a TIME-authorized dealer or through this online link.
What Documents are needed to subscribe?
You are required to upload or submit a copy of the following
Your MyKad (or passport for non-Malaysians)
Form 9 (for local companies)
Form 79, Form 80, Form 80a, Form 83, or Form 83a (for foreign-registered companies) or
Certificate of Practice from the relevant authority (NGO/Cooperative/Association) and
A copy of the front of your credit card for verification purposes (for the Auto Debit payment method option)
What do I have to pay to subscribe?
The following are the one-time service fees that you have to pay. They are included in the first bill you receive
A one-month advance subscription fee – subject to your chosen subscription plan
A special building requirement fee – subject to Building Management
A RM5 fee for a printed bill (optional)
A refundable deposit of RM1,000 for foreign-registered companies – this payment must be made up front for online subscriptions without the Auto Debit payment method
What other services do I get with my TIME Fibre Business Internet?
You will receive two (2) voice lines with free calls worth RM500.
How long does installation and activation take?
The installation and testing process takes at least 7 days depending on availability and building access approval. This installation process includes the site survey, ducting, piping, electrical work, and the equipment configuration.
Does the equipment come with a warranty?
The Optical Network Unit (ONU) comes with a lifetime guarantee while the router comes with a 3 year guarantee.
